Our Annual Beer Festival kicks of in nostalgic style on Friday 25th May at 7pm with a reunion.
If you fancy a catch up with old team mates or drinking buddies from yesteryear then this is the ideal chance to all get together! With lots of delicious, carefully selected ales to choose from you can relax in the comfort of the Old Wulfs and ease yourself into the weekend.
Saturday sees the Old Wulfs Cricket at home to entertain you and fingers crossed you and the family can enjoy a day of sun in our beautiful surroundings. Bring picnic blankets and deck chairs and settle down for a few minutes of peace as the kids play on the bouncy castle! In the evening there will be some tasty curries served to go with those real ales and after the football on Sky we will have a Quiz Night. Get your teams together!
Sunday sees the truly spectacular event of the Vets Vs the Yoofs Cricket. For regular attendees of the Beer Festival you’ll know this is our fun day, let your hair down with no work on Monday! This years Sunday Cricket clash now sees the teams battling to win the Anne Box memorial trophy. An absolutely stunning bit of silverware kindly donated by Mick, Adam and Chloe to honour Anne in suitable style, she would love this as she liked nothing more than a relaxing afternoon with friends, watching the cricket. There will be a bbq and later the headline of the Beer Festival , The Divine Brothers will entertain with fantastic live music.
Monday we will be open for hair of the dog and soothing conversation to ease those sore heads! Pray for sunshine! We hope you can all make it!
